About the Role
Terra is looking for a strategic, data-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing Digital team. In this role, you will own paid media strategy end-to-end for a portfolio of B2B clients, leading campaign execution, optimization, and performance storytelling across platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and executing paid media strategies for a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Leading campaign optimization and performance storytelling.
- Operating as both a high-level strategist and a hands-on operator.
- Experimenting with AI tools and workflows to enhance campaign efficiency and performance.
We are looking for someone who can zoom out to define direction and zoom in to improve results, while staying motivated by the evolving role of AI in digital advertising.
