As the Operations Supervisor for the Atlanta market, you will be the driving force behind our regional growth and team success. This hybrid-remote role blends recruitment, market development, and operational oversight to ensure our members receive life-changing care. You will serve as the local face of the company, building a culture of trust and high performance while ensuring every appointment is delivered with the consistency, professionalism, and warmth that defines the Belle brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our field team and maintain the integrity of our clinical operations through the following activities:
- Team Leadership & Development: Partner with centralized recruiting to lead technician hiring, onboarding, and certification. You will conduct frequent field-based shadowing to provide real-time coaching and mentorship.
- Performance Management: Facilitate regular technician check-ins and performance reviews, ensuring all staff meet Belle’s rigorous standards for hospitality, documentation, and attendance.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor critical KPIs including appointment fulfillment, attendance, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores to ensure market health.
- Quality & Compliance: Manage documentation audits and follow up on quality concerns to ensure the care model is executed within the proper scope of practice.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster a connected, motivated, and mission-driven team culture through ongoing engagement initiatives and proactive communication.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the field and corporate teams, including HR, Compliance, and Member Experience, to resolve escalations and optimize scheduling.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, action-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the following:
- Experience: Proven track record of managing field-based or remote teams, ideally within the healthcare, retail, or service industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Style: Exceptional coaching abilities with a focus on empathy, clear communication, and accountability.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with workforce management tools, scheduling software, and data-driven reporting.
- Local Presence: Must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area and be willing to travel locally (15-25%) to support technicians in the field.
