Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily hub operations to ensure that all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed according to strict timelines.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of local geography to assist in route planning and optimization, reducing transit times and improving delivery success rates.
• Monitor package sorting processes and dispatch schedules to maintain a fluid movement of goods throughout the logistics network.
• Collaborate effectively with on-ground teams and management through digital communication channels to resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time.
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation of all hub activities using basic computer systems and proprietary logistics software.
• Ensure high levels of organizational commitment by adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local languages to facilitate clear instructions and coordination across diverse teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the hub environment and propose actionable solutions to enhance overall productivity.
• Manage escalated logistical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to the supply chain.
• Generate daily performance reports to track key metrics and provide insights into operational efficiency and team performance.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Minimum 12th pass completion is required, though a Bachelor�s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Professional Experience: Candidates must possess 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within a hub or warehouse background in the logistics industry.
• Age Profile: We are seeking candidates within the age bracket of 28 to 32 years to align with our current team dynamics and career progression pathways.
• Geographical Knowledge: A deep and practical understanding of local geography and transit routes is essential for this role.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, including experience with data entry, email communication, and spreadsheet management, is required.
• Language Skills: Fluency in the local language, Hindi, and English is mandatory to ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Must demonstrate a high degree of organizational commitment, excellent teamwork capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
