Key Responsibilities- Directly oversee and coordinate cross-group operational activities to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
- Design, implement, and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) and corporate policies to enhance organizational scalability.
- Track and monitor critical operational projects, providing detailed risk assessments and progress reports to the executive leadership team.
- Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between corporate headquarters and international mining sites to eliminate silos and improve execution.
- Manage end-to-end relationships with external suppliers, consultants, and service providers, focusing on performance quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies and implement data-driven solutions to reduce operational costs and strengthen internal controls.
- Supervise executive logistics, including international travel coordination and high-level operational support across global locations.
- Synthesize complex data into management dashboards and operational reports to support informed business decision-making.
- Uphold rigorous internal governance standards, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and international regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic support for business integration projects, including mergers, acquisitions, and new market entries.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in an Operations Management or senior Business Operations role within an international context.
- Prior experience in operationally intensive sectors such as mining, natural resources, aviation, logistics, or infrastructure is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing operational frameworks and driving large-scale continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced stakeholder management capabilities, with the professional presence to interact effectively with C-suite executives and site-level personnel.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high degree of discretion and professional integrity.
