Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, live language instruction via video conferencing to individual students and small groups.
- Customize lesson plans to meet the specific learning goals, proficiency levels, and interests of each student.
- Facilitate engaging conversations and activities that improve students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Provide constructive, real-time feedback and detailed progress reports to help students track their linguistic development.
- Manage your teaching schedule through our internal portal, ensuring punctuality and professional delivery for all scheduled sessions.
- Utilize digital teaching tools and multimedia resources to enhance the virtual classroom experience.
- Stay updated on modern pedagogical trends and participate in occasional professional development workshops hosted by the school.
- Native or near-native proficiency in the target language you intend to teach.
- Proven experience in language instruction, ideally in an online or remote setting.
- A recognized teaching certification (such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) or a degree in Education or Linguistics is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex grammatical concepts in an accessible manner.
