In this remote-friendly role, you will be the driving force behind our mission to simplify the path to business success. By bridging the gap between complex government regulations and local entrepreneurs, you will provide essential support that empowers companies to secure the funding they need to innovate and expand. You will act as a strategic consultant, ensuring that every project we touch has the best possible chance of securing financial backing through precise information and expert guidance.

• Monitor and analyze current public and private funding opportunities, including municipal, provincial, and national grants.
• Provide personalized advisory services to entrepreneurs, matching their specific business needs with the most relevant financial aid programs.
• Guide clients through the entire lifecycle of a grant application, from initial eligibility checks to the final submission of documentation.
• Interpret complex regulatory frameworks from entities such as the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, the Provincial Council of Álava, and the Basque Government (SPRI).
• Coordinate the processing of specific digital transformation initiatives, such as the Kit Digital program, to help businesses modernize.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of subsidies and financing options for the 2024 fiscal year and beyond.
• Deliver exceptional client service by simplifying technical language and administrative hurdles for business owners.

• Proven experience in administrative management, business consulting, or public subsidy procurement.
• Deep understanding of the Spanish entrepreneurial landscape and regional funding bodies in the Basque Country.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret legislative decrees and official state bulletins (BOE/ALW).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, empathetic, and professional advice to a diverse range of entrepreneurs.
• High level of organization and attention to detail to manage multiple grant applications simultaneously without errors.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used for administrative submissions and remote collaboration.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to staying informed about the latest trends in business financing and public aid.
