Save the Children International is actively seeking a highly organized and diplomatic Global Project Coordinator to join our Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation team. This pivotal role serves as a vital link between our global headquarters and various country offices, ensuring that high-impact initiatives are executed seamlessly across diverse geographical regions. As we accelerate toward our Ambition 2030 goals, the successful candidate will play a fundamental part in optimizing program operations and driving organizational excellence on a global scale.

Whether you are based in London or within any existing Save the Children International office worldwide, you will manage projects that span Africa, Asia, and the Americas. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a remote environment and possesses the cultural competence to navigate complex international landscapes while maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and facilitate communication between central strategy teams and regional country offices to ensure alignment with global objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Assist in the implementation of the Strategy, Transformation, and Innovation roadmap, supporting the operationalization of Ambition 2030 goals.
- Organize and lead cross-functional meetings, ensuring that stakeholders from different time zones and cultural backgrounds are effectively engaged.
- Collect and analyze data from various program operations to prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
- Maintain centralized project documentation, ensuring accessibility and transparency for all global team members.
- Act as a point of contact for country-level project leads, providing guidance on global standards and operational best practices.
- A university degree in International Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related social science field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within an international NGO or a complex global organization.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across diverse cultures and departments.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaborative digital tools such as Microsoft Teams, Planner, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language (French, Spanish, or Arabic) is highly desirable.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while remaining a dedicated and collaborative team player.
- Competitive salary range of £40,000 to £52,000 GBP (or local currency equivalent based on location).
