Network Engineer Factory Systems and Operational Technology

About the Role

Anduril Industries is looking for a highly motivated Network Engineer to join the Network Team with a focus on factory systems and operational technology (OT) infrastructure. In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain the network systems that support Anduril's manufacturing environments, ensuring reliability and security across all factory networks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing detailed site walks and surveys to assess network needs and plan installations in manufacturing spaces.
• Designing and implementing secure, segmented network architectures based on ISA-95 and Purdue Model principles.
• Installing, configuring, and supporting routers, switches, firewalls, and industrial networking devices.
• Supporting manufacturing buildouts, including new production lines and integration of control systems.
• Conducting hands-on cabling validation, equipment racking, and physical layer troubleshooting.
• Managing network equipment inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Maintaining accurate documentation for network topology, VLAN and IP assignments, and security controls.
• Implementing and managing network security controls including segmentation, ACLs, and intrusion prevention.
