About the Role
MyTime is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Product Manager to join our remote-first team and drive the evolution of our mission-critical scheduling, payments, and marketing platform. As a key leader within our product-driven organization, you will take full ownership of specific product domains, bridging the gap between high-level strategy and technical execution to empower large multi-location chains and franchises with next-generation commerce tools. In this role, you will be the bridge between customer needs and technological innovation. You will be responsible for defining the future of our product by gathering deep insights from our users and translating them into actionable roadmaps that keep our merchants competitive in an increasingly digital marketplace. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, you will join a culture that values autonomy, technical excellence, and the drive to solve complex problems at scale. Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from initial ideation and strategy to launch and post-release optimization, ensuring every feature meets our high standards for quality.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new product capabilities that leverage Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies to create transformative user experiences.
- Define detailed functional and technical requirements, creating comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria that guide the work of our UX/UI design and engineering teams.
- Build and manage robust, multi-release roadmaps that align with long-term strategic business goals and address the pain points of multi-location franchise operations.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that drive high customer engagement and ensure a seamless journey across all touchpoints.
- Manage the execution of Epics and Stories within an Agile framework, maintaining a clean and prioritized backlog to ensure smooth and predictable development cycles.
- Work alongside Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to facilitate smooth product launches and ensure internal teams are equipped to drive adoption.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of new features, particularly AI-powered tools, and use those insights to inform future iterations.
- Identify and navigate potential roadblocks, finding creative paths to deliver value to users quickly through iterative releases.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B software product management, with a proven track record of launching successful SaaS products.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is highly preferred, demonstrating the ability to adapt and thrive in a high-growth, fast-moving setting.
- Exceptional process-driven mindset with the ability to document complex technical requirements in a way that is clear, actionable, and detailed.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies, with experience working alongside globally distributed engineering teams based on a foundation of mutual trust and technical credibility.
- Demonstrated experience or interest in AI/LLM technologies and their application in solving real-world business problems.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision to stakeholders and technical details to developers.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related technical field is preferred.
