Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for a variety of operational tasks that ensure the smooth running of our facilities and project sites. Your daily activities will include:
- Executing high-quality operational tasks across various site functions to meet production and safety targets.
- Operating plant machinery and specialized equipment in accordance with strict health and safety protocols.
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure operational longevity.
- Collaborating closely with site supervisors and team members to streamline workflows and improve site productivity.
- Adhering to environmental policies and sustainability initiatives to minimize the impact of our operations.
- Assisting in the management of stock and raw materials to ensure consistent supply for production cycles.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by adhering to 5S principles and rigorous safety standards.
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. The ideal applicant will possess:
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment is highly desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed technical instructions and safety procedures.
- A valid driving license or specialized operator tickets (e.g., forklift, loading shovel) are beneficial but not mandatory.
