Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough virtual assessments of MSK patients via telephone and video-based digital applications to determine appropriate treatment pathways.
- Manage an individual clinical caseload, delivering evidence-based physiotherapy advice and interventions through innovative virtual platforms.
- Produce timely, accurate, and medically sound clinical notes and correspondence in alignment with IPRS Health and medico-legal standards.
- Analyze clinical data and current evidence to ensure patient recommendations reflect established Clinical Care Pathways and best practices.
- Provide expert clinical guidance to non-clinical personnel, acting as a point of contact for triage queries and referral information.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads to engage in audit activities, ensuring service delivery remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Maintain high performance against established KPIs while managing time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced remote environment.
- Formal Clinical Qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with the UK Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- A minimum of 3 years of postgraduate clinical experience, including a proven track record within the UK healthcare system.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills with experience in MSK triage, clinical report checking, or clinical auditing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex clinical information to patients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a comfort level with learning new database systems and digital healthcare software.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying current with clinical evidence and NICE guidance.
- Must be based and working within the United Kingdom with full right to work (no visa sponsorship available).
- Competitive salary ranging from £33,000 to £37,000 (pro-rata) with performance-related increments.
- Flexible working patterns between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Friday, with no weekend requirements.
