Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Operational Monitor, you will be tasked with a diverse array of duties centered around team supervision and technical oversight. Your daily routine will involve the active management of our remote concierge operators, ensuring that every interaction with residents and visitors meets our rigorous service standards. You will be responsible for the real-time supervision of the monitoring floor, providing immediate guidance and troubleshooting during critical incidents. Beyond human management, you will play a key role in data integrity by maintaining meticulous reports and logs for the Base Operations Supervisor. This includes tracking team performance metrics, incident response times, and system uptime. Furthermore, you will act as a first-line support for Information Technology demands, identifying and resolving minor software or connectivity issues within our monitoring platform to ensure seamless 24/7 service delivery. Your ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable reports will be instrumental in our strategic planning and service optimization.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position is a proactive individual with a strong foundation in both security operations and modern technology. To be successful, you must have completed your High School education (Ensino Médio) and demonstrate a significant comfort level with IT infrastructure and digital security tools. Previous experience in remote concierge services or the private security industry is highly preferred, as it provides the necessary context for the challenges faced in this role. We are looking for a professional with exceptional communication skills, capable of delivering clear instructions to their team and professional updates to supervisors. Because our operations run around the clock, absolute availability for various shifts within a 44-hour weekly schedule is a fundamental requirement. Beyond technical skills, we value core soft skills such as responsibility, high level of commitment, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
