EverAI is building the future of AI companionship, currently serving over 50 million users globally. We are a fast-paced, remote-first team of approximately 75 people led by serial entrepreneurs with experience scaling products from inception to IPO.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-performing video ads tailored for various digital platforms (Socials, Adult sites) with a focus on user acquisition.
• Lead the editing and post-production process, ensuring videos are visually engaging and conversion-optimized.
• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway to accelerate production and enhance creative output.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop storyboards aligned with performance data.
• Maintain high standards of visual storytelling while adapting to rapid feedback and performance-based iterations.

Your Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio of ads for paid marketing.
• Deep understanding of motion design, sound design, and storytelling for performance-driven creative.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, etc.) in editing workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with advertising KPIs (CTR, CR, ROAS) and trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising.
• Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content.
