EverAI is searching for a talented Mid/Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor to join our rapidly growing team. As one of the top 15 fastest-growing AI companies globally, we have reached 50 million users in just two years and are now scaling toward our next milestone of 100 million. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of narrative storytelling and emerging technology, taking full ownership of the production stack for the worlds largest AI companionship platform. You will report to the Content Lead and work within a high-performance environment where quick iteration and technical creativity are essential for success.
The ideal candidate is deeply embedded in generative video workflows and possesses a sharp eye for cinematic language. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling, long-form videos using an AI-first pipeline, managing everything from initial prompting to final post-production. Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and draft scripts based on production needs, centered around our proprietary AI character IPs.
- Create high-quality, narrative-driven long-form video content with a strong focus on atmosphere, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Own the end-to-end AI video production workflow, including ideation, prompting, generation, editing, and final delivery.
- Design, customize, and optimize complex, node-based ComfyUI pipelines for sophisticated image and video generation.
- Utilize advanced AI tools such as Stable Diffusion (AUTOMATIC1111), Runway, Pika, and Kling to produce seamless visual sequences.
- Ensure strict character appearance and scene continuity across long-form narratives using advanced LoRA and inpainting techniques.
- Execute motion graphic design and professional color correction to deliver a polished, cohesive final product.
- Rapidly experiment with emerging AI models and tools, integrating new technical capabilities into the team's production workflows.
- Work with professional discretion on a variety of content styles, including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals.
- 46+ years of professional experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, supported by a strong portfolio featuring AI-driven work.
- Mandatory, expert-level proficiency with ComfyUI, specifically in building and managing complex node-based workflows.
- Strong technical expertise in Stable Diffusion and AUTOMATIC1111, including advanced prompting, LoRA training, and upscaling.
- Hands-on experience with the latest AI video generation platforms such as Kling, Seedance, or similar emerging technologies.
- A deep understanding of cinematic language, including composition, lighting, and narrative pacing.
- Proficiency in traditional post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for final assembly.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global team.
- An experimental mindset with the ability to iterate quickly and navigate the ambiguity of an evolving technological landscape.
- Previous experience in adult, dating, or adjacent creative industries is considered a significant advantage.
