Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary objective is to manage the full creative-to-audience-to-data loop. This involves moving beyond simple button-pushing in Ads Manager to understand the 'why' behind performance and iterating rapidly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Audience Strategy & Research: Conduct deep-dive research into target segments across various international markets to identify pain points, linguistic nuances, and the specific visual codes that resonate with small business owners.
- AI-Native Content Production: Design and produce high-quality video and static ad creatives from scratch using a modern AI tech stack, including Midjourney, Runway, Seedance, and ElevenLabs.
- Campaign Management & Execution: Launch and manage complex campaign structures across multiple countries, ensuring clean testing environments for at least five new creative variants per cycle.
- Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze Meta Ads Manager metrics with high granularity, focusing on hook rates, thumb-stop rates, CTR, and post-purchase signals to diagnose performance drivers beyond surface-level CPA.
- International Localization: Adapt messaging and visual assets for non-English speaking markets, maintaining brand voice and psychological triggers while respecting local cultural contexts.
- Technical Integration: Oversee the technical health of the account, including Conversions API (CAPI) setup, pixel event optimization, and CRM integrations to ensure accurate attribution and data flow.
- Weekly Performance Reporting: Synthesize complex data into clear, narrative-driven weekly reports that highlight wins, losses, and the strategic roadmap for the following week.
We are looking for a self-starter who possesses a rare blend of creative intuition and technical analytical skills. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment where results are the primary metric of success.
- Proven Performance History: Demonstrable experience managing monthly Meta ad budgets of €10,000 or more with a focus on ROI and scaling.
- Creative Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing ads you have personally conceptualized, produced, and managed, along with the performance data to back them up.
- AI Tool Mastery: Daily working proficiency with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and AI video generators as part of a professional production workflow.
- Analytical Depth: Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager analytics, including an understanding of attribution windows, frequency management, and audience overlap.
- Technical Capability: Comfort handling technical marketing tasks such as pixel implementation, API work, and basic backend integrations.
- Communication Skills: Fluent written and spoken English is required to collaborate effectively and craft compelling ad copy.
