Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Merchandising Representative, you will be the boots-on-the-ground force driving our retail success. You will report to the Regional Manager and manage a dedicated territory, performing between 15 to 20 account calls per day. Your primary focus will be to plan and execute merchandising initiatives that maximize brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Strategic Account Management: Call on target accounts to build relationships with store managers and secure premium placement for PDQs, end caps, and floor displays.
- Product Distribution: Expand brand footprint by identifying and selling in incremental opportunities within the guidelines of specific account types, such as independent retailers and major chains.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure that all account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are fully stocked and organized according to our designated brand flow and standards.
- Inventory Maintenance: Rotate backstock effectively to ensure product freshness across warm shelves and cold spaces, adhering to strict rotation guidelines.
- Marketing Execution: Place approved point-of-sale (POS) materials and conduct product demonstrations upon request to attract and educate new customers.
- Operational Excellence: Support new store openings and resets, document your work through the Celsius sales app with photos and weekly logs, and maintain an organized list of key territory accounts to optimize your daily route.
We are looking for an enthusiastic professional who possesses a "can-do" attitude and a passion for the energy drink category. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently while maintaining strong communication with the territory and district managers. Because this is a field-based role, candidates must live within the designated county area and possess a reliable personal vehicle.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or merchandising. Previous experience in the beverage or CPG industry is a significant advantage.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Technical Skills: Ability to utilize mobile sales applications for tracking calls, mileage, and reporting.
- Requirements: A valid U.S. Drivers License and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR) are mandatory. Candidates must have a personal vehicle for daily use, for which a monthly allowance will be provided.
- Schedule: Ability to work a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule from Wednesday through Sunday.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-moving retail environment.
