As a Merchandising Representative, you will serve as a frontline brand ambassador, ensuring our products are perfectly positioned to spark a statement with every can crack. Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary mission is to ensure that our powerhouse brands dominate the shelf and capture consumer attention across diverse distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health clubs, and convenience stores. You will report to the Regional Manager and act as a strategic partner in the field to drive sales growth.
- Execute comprehensive merchandising initiatives and call on 1520 target accounts per day within your assigned territory.
- Engage directly with Store Managers to sell in and secure premium placements for PDQs, floor displays, and endcaps.
- Ensure all account shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers are fully stocked and organized according to designated brand flow and planograms.
- Proactively rotate backstock from existing displays and storage to warm shelves and cold spaces to maintain product freshness and availability.
- Identify and communicate sales leads or incremental growth opportunities to the Celsius Territory Manager.
- Deploy approved point-of-sale (POS) materials and signage to maximize brand impact and visibility.
- Support new store openings and store resets, ensuring our brands are positioned for success from day one.
- Maintain meticulous digital records by tracking account calls in the Celsius sales app, submitting weekly work logs, and providing photographic evidence of retail executions.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations upon request to engage consumers and drive trial.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a positive, can-do attitude. This role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Experience: 02 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service; prior merchandising experience in the beverage industry is a significant plus.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- License & Transit: A valid U.S. Drivers License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are mandatory. You must have a reliable personal vehicle to use for daily account calls (a vehicle allowance is provided).
- Schedule: Ability to work a consistent 40-hour work week from Wednesday to Sunday, including early mornings as needed.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with store managers and internal stakeholders.
- Physical Capability: Must be comfortable with frequent driving and the physical demands of merchandising, including lifting and moving product cases.
- Location: Candidates must reside within the Ladson, SC area or the immediate surrounding county.
