Celsius Holdings, Inc. is searching for a high-performance Merchandising Representative to drive brand excellence across the Smyrna, TN market. In this field-based role, you will act as a true brand ambassador, managing distribution channels across grocery, specialty, health club, and convenience sectors while redefining what it means to be energized in the modern workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Merchandising Representative, you are responsible for the physical presence and visual impact of our portfolio in the marketplace. You will report directly to the Regional Manager and work closely with local teams to ensure our brands are always front-and-center for the consumer. Your daily tasks include:
- Executing 15-20 account calls per day to ensure maximum brand visibility and product availability within your assigned territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with store managers to secure premium floor displays, end-caps, and PDQ placements.
- Managing shelf space according to designated brand flow, ensuring the cold vault and stand-alone coolers are fully stocked and organized.
- Executing product rotation for backstock, existing displays, and warm shelves to ensure freshness and compliance with account guidelines.
- Identifying and communicating sales leads and incremental growth opportunities to the Celsius Territory Manager.
- Installing and maintaining Point of Sale (POS) materials and signage to attract customers and drive impulse purchases.
- Conducting on-site product demonstrations upon request to engage consumers and increase brand awareness.
- Documenting daily activity and retail conditions by taking photos and submitting weekly reports via the Celsius sales app.
- Assisting with new store openings and store resets to ensure our brands are positioned for success from day one.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the autonomy of a field-based role. To be successful in this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or sales; prior experience in the beverage or CPG industry is a significant plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical Skills: Ability to utilize mobile applications for daily tracking, work logs, and mileage submissions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication abilities with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Logistics: A valid U.S. Drivers License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) are required.
- Transportation: Access to a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel between accounts; a vehicle allowance will be provided.
- Availability: Ability to work a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule from Wednesday to Sunday.
- Physicality: This is a physically active role requiring the ability to move product and set up displays throughout the day.
