We are seeking a high-energy, motivated individual to serve as a brand ambassador across various distribution channels, including grocery, specialty, health clubs, and convenience stores. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for the physical presence of our products, ensuring that shelf space is optimized and that our marketing initiatives are executed with precision. You will work closely with store managers to secure premium placements and use your sales instincts to identify new opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities- Execute daily merchandising initiatives across 15 to 20 target accounts to maximize brand visibility and ensure shelf excellence.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers to sell in PDQs, floor displays, and premium end-cap placements.
- Manage inventory levels by consistently stocking and organizing shelves, cold vaults, and stand-alone coolers according to brand-flow guidelines.
- Perform regular product rotations for both warm and cold stock to maintain freshness and compliance with account standards.
- Communicate sales leads and incremental growth opportunities to the Celsius Territory Manager to expand product distribution.
- Place and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials and signage to attract customer attention and drive purchase intent.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations upon request to engage consumers and increase brand loyalty.
- Utilize the Celsius sales application to track account calls, submit weekly work logs, and document mileage accurately.
- Participate in new store openings and support store resets to ensure our brands are positioned for success from day one.
- Provide weekly reporting including photographic evidence of displays and shelf sets to the Regional Manager.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or sales; prior experience in the beverage or CPG industry is a significant plus.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Drivers License and maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for daily travel within the assigned territory; a vehicle allowance will be provided.
- Ability to work a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule from Wednesday through Sunday.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to persuade and influence store-level decision-makers.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A self-motivated, positive attitude with the ability to work independently while contributing to the success of a larger team.
- Must reside within the assigned county or immediate surrounding area for efficient territory management.
- Competitive pay rate of $25 per hour with eligibility for overtime as required by business needs.
