Sorcero is seeking a visionary Medical Affairs Solutions Manager to join our high-growth team in the UK. This remote-first role sits at the intersection of life sciences strategy and technological innovation, where you will leverage your deep expertise in Medical Operations to guide the development and implementation of our foundational medical AI platform. You will be instrumental in helping the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies navigate complex data landscapes, ensuring that medical insights are transformed into actionable strategies that improve patient outcomes worldwide. By joining Sorcero, you become part of a mission-driven Certified B Corp that has been recognized by Fast Company as one of the most innovative companies of 2024, helping to accelerate the delivery of breakthrough therapies through advanced intelligence.

As a key member of our global team, you will collaborate with passionate entrepreneurs, AI pioneers, and public health experts to build a scalable and impactful organization. We are looking for an individual who is not only a subject matter expert but also a changemaker driven by a pursuit of excellence and a desire to create large-scale, positive change. You will work in a supportive community that prioritizes flexible working arrangements and meaningful interactions, ensuring that you can bring your best self to work every day. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the life sciences industry by harnessing the power of six foundational medical AI patents to drive evidence-based decision-making at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary Medical Affairs Subject Matter Expert (SME), bridging the gap between client strategic needs and Sorcero’s technical AI capabilities.
  • Develop and execute innovative solutions that enable pharmaceutical and biotech clients to utilize multi-source intelligence for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap of our medical AI platform based on industry trends and client feedback.
  • Guide clients through the digital transformation of their Medical Operations, demonstrating the value of AI-driven insights in improving patient access.
  • Lead high-level strategic consultations with Medical Excellence and Medical Affairs leaders to identify pain points and deliver tailored AI solutions.
  • Partner with the sales and customer success teams to provide scientific and operational expertise during the pre-sales and implementation phases.
  • Ensure that all solutions are aligned with the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices within the UK and global markets.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by staying at the forefront of AI developments in life sciences and sharing insights with the broader medical community.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a specific focus on Medical Operations or Medical Excellence.
  • Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle, including evidence generation, medical communications, and post-market surveillance.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and navigating the strategic challenges faced by global medical organizations.
  • A strong passion for artificial intelligence and a demonstrable interest in how technology can disrupt and improve traditional industry workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical scientific stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in utilizing multi-source data to drive evidence-based strategic decisions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining a commitment to humility, kindness, and empathy.
  • Relevant advanced degree (e.g., MD, PhD, PharmD) or equivalent professional experience in a scientific or clinical discipline.
Benefits
  • Flexible, remote-first working environment that supports a healthy work-life balance and global collaboration.
  • Competitive compensation package and the opportunity to work for an award-winning, mission-driven Certified B Corp.
  • Access to cutting-edge technology and a culture of continuous learning and mastery of your craft.
  • Meaningful work that directly impacts the speed at which life-saving treatments reach patients in need.
  • A supportive internal community focused on diversity, equity, and personal growth.
  • The chance to work alongside industry pioneers and contribute to a company with six foundational medical AI patents.
