About the Role
Mozilla Corporation is the mission-driven, non-profit-backed technology company that has spent over 25 years shaping the internet into a force for good. As we enter a new era of technology, we are looking for a visionary Firefox Product Marketing Lead for Desktop to help us reclaim an internet built for people, not corporations. With over 225 million monthly users, Firefox stands as a privacy-focused alternative to big tech, and this role is pivotal in driving our next phase of global growth. You will join a team of passionate Mozillians working at the intersection of AI, security, and open-source innovation, ensuring that the web remains a public resource accessible to all.
Most people do not spend much time thinking about their browser; your mission is to change that perception. As the Lead for Desktop Product Marketing, you will act as a creative architect and growth strategist. You will work globally and out in the open, sharpening the Firefox value proposition and evolving the product experience alongside the broader open-source community. This is a uniquely compelling opportunity to lead a brand people love through a marketing challenge that will stand out on any resume, particularly as we integrate privacy-centric AI functionality into the browsing experience.

- Sync Marketing & Product: Connect global campaigns and programs to core feature launches and product truths to ensure a cohesive brand narrative that drives measurable growth.
- Community Collaboration: Work transparently with the open-source community to refine strategies and ensure Firefox remains a community-led product.
- Extensive PMM Experience: 8+ years of dedicated experience in product marketing, ideally with a background in consumer-facing technology.
- Growth Mindset: Proven ability to use rapid experimentation and data-driven measurement to drive significant performance gains across the marketing funnel.
