Key Responsibilities- Strategic Market Localization: Translate national brand objectives into actionable regional marketing plans that drive consumer awareness, trial, and loyalty within the New York market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with national brand teams to provide ground-level insights that inform promotional strategies and ensure all regional activities align with overarching brand standards.
- Sales Support and RTM Execution: Work in tandem with regional sales leadership to develop tools, assets, and programs that empower sales teams and optimize the route-to-market (RTM) strategy.
- Event and Activation Management: Conceptualize and oversee the execution of local events, pop-ups, and sponsorships, managing everything from logistics and vendor relations to staff training and on-site brand representation.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with local influencers, community leaders, and retail partners to expand Curaleaf’s regional footprint and enhance brand equity.
- Budget and ROI Analysis: Manage the regional marketing budget with precision, tracking the performance of all activations and providing comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment.
- Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure all localized marketing materials and activities adhere to Curaleaf’s strict quality standards and comply with the complex regulatory landscape of the New York cannabis industry.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity within the region, providing regular feedback to leadership to influence future product development and marketing innovation.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, or regional marketing management, ideally within the CPG, beverage, or cannabis industries.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement complex marketing plans that balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
- Project Management Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
