Marketing Copywriter

About the Role

BIS Safety Software is a SaaS company on a mission to change how organizations manage safety, learning, and compliance. We are looking for a Marketing Copywriter who can own the quality, clarity, and consistency of our marketing messaging across advertising, website content, buyer guides, and video scripts.

In this role, you'll be expected to:

• Own Marketing Messaging Quality by ensuring consistency and discipline in how the company communicates its value.
• Develop a Working Understanding of the BIS Platform to ensure marketing copy remains aligned with real product functionality.
• Write and Develop Marketing Content for website pages, landing pages, digital advertising, buyer guides, and email campaigns.
• Understand the Buyer by developing messaging that reflects different customer types and stages of the purchasing journey.
• Use AI as a Professional Tool to assist research, refine drafts, and improve marketing workflows.

• Have 1+ years of professional marketing copywriting experience.
• Possess a strong ability to translate complex systems into clear messaging.
• Have excellent judgment about tone, clarity, and positioning.
• Thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can write quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Are comfortable using AI tools as part of modern content workflows.

Bonus points for:

• Experience writing for SaaS platforms in safety, compliance, or training.
• Familiarity with SEO copywriting principles.
• Experience writing across multiple formats (landing pages, email, scripts, ad copy).
