You will be tasked with identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing sustainable solutions using data-driven insights and Lean manufacturing principles. By partnering cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance, you will ensure our manufacturing processes are perfectly aligned with customer demand and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain a culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork across the production organization.
  • Drive daily management through rigorous KPI reviews, tiered accountability, and disciplined performance escalation.
  • Mentor and develop supervisors, team leaders, and salaried staff to strengthen organizational bench depth and technical capability.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance capacity, throughput, and workflow efficiency.
  • Champion the use of Lean manufacturing tools including A3 problem solving, Root Cause Analysis, Standard Work, and Kaizen events.
  • Oversee IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) project integration, utilizing digital dashboards and Tiered management boards to define fast-response actions.
  • Ensure operational readiness for capital projects, new product introductions (NPI), and process improvements.
  • Maintain a strong visible presence on the production floor to drive engagement and ownership at all levels.
  • Utilize ERP/MRP systems and data trends to prioritize resources and ensure countermeasures deliver measurable results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related technical field is required.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience within a complex industrial, high-volume, or high-mix manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading through front-line leaders and managing large, diverse teams in a results-driven setting.
  • Expertise in labor productivity, capacity planning, quality systems, and material flow management.
  • Demonstrated success in driving Lean manufacturing initiatives with measurable impact on business financial outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior executive leadership.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments characterized by high accountability.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Shop Floor Connectivity tools (PDES/UI) is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus structures.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Retirement savings plan with company matching contributions.
  • Opportunities for professional development and global career advancement within Eaton.
  • A commitment to work-life balance and a diverse, inclusive corporate culture.
  • Participation in cutting-edge IIoT and Smart Factory technology initiatives.
