About the Role
Starface is looking for a visionary Manager, Social Art Director to help evolve and elevate our social creative presence across owned, paid, and retail channels. Reporting directly to the Director of Social & Content, you will be the driving force behind our visual storytelling, leading the execution of highly original, brand-right content that pushes the boundaries of what Starface can be on existing and emerging platforms.
As a social-first creative thinker and experienced people manager, you will mentor a Social Media Coordinator while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex briefs into platform-native art. While this role is fully remote, we are ideally looking for a candidate in New York City or Los Angeles who can participate in occasional on-site shoots and in-person creative moments. If you are deeply immersed in internet culture and possess a refined eye for design that defies convention, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ideation and end-to-end execution of social content for organic, paid, and retail channels, ensuring all creative is strategically aligned and highly original.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas and navigate complex feedback and approval processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to distinguish between high-craft projects and fast-turnaround content needs.
- Competitive base salary of $90,000–$110,000 plus bonus eligibility.
