Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Manager of Program Management for the GTME COE, your primary focus will be leading and developing a diverse team of program management professionals. You will foster a culture of high performance and compassion, guiding your team as they create, deploy, and scale global programs through internal COE pod structures. You will be expected to innovate operational processes, developing scalable approaches to define program roadmaps that maximize efficiency and bring key initiatives to life in a fast-paced environment.
- People Leadership: Hire, coach, and mentor a dynamic team, focusing on professional growth and fostering an inclusive, high-output environment.
- AI Innovation: Identify and implement opportunities to integrate AI tools and methodologies into program management workflows to automate manual processes and generate data-driven insights.
- Operational Excellence: Drive the strategy for program execution, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with business needs and utilize standardized, efficient methodologies.
- Stakeholder Management: Navigate a complex matrixed organization to influence and negotiate with key leaders, ensuring process changes address business needs and drive desired outcomes.
- Executive Communication: Prepare and deliver comprehensive strategies and progress updates to senior leadership, articulating the ROI of programs and translating complex problems into actionable recommendations.
- Change Management: Establish robust communication strategies across all programs to ensure organizational buy-in and clear accountability.
The ideal candidate is a resilient and agile leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and has a proven track record of driving large-scale organizational transformations. You should be comfortable leveraging data to inform strategies and possess the ability to simplify complex problems for executive audiences.
- Core Experience: At least 5 years of experience in program management, operations, management consulting, strategy, or change management.
- Leadership: Minimum of 1 year of experience directly managing and leading professional teams.
- Education: A Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in applying artificial intelligence or automation concepts to solve business problems and improve operational efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with Director and VP-level leadership.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong confidence in using data and insights to measure program success and inform future strategic pivots.
- Background: Prior experience in a centralized PMO or a top-tier management consulting firm is highly preferred.

The base salary range for this role is $115,000 - $186,000, depending on location, skills, and experience.
