• Campaign Development: Partner closely with the internal strategy team to ideate, structure, and launch innovative influencer campaigns that resonate with target audiences and align with brand values.
• Creator Discovery: Utilize industry tools and data-driven insights to curate thoughtful target lists of influencers, ensuring a perfect match based on specific campaign KPIs and demographic requirements.
• Creative Briefing: Author comprehensive and inspiring creator briefs that clearly articulate program objectives, creative direction, and mandatory brand guidelines.
• Contract Management: Facilitate the end-to-end negotiation process and oversee the execution of legal contracts with influencers and their management teams.
• Creator Onboarding: Lead the seamless integration of creators into the broader marketing ecosystem, providing them with the necessary resources and context for success.
• Account Management: Serve as the primary liaison for all creator communications, maintaining high-touch daily interactions to foster long-term professional partnerships.
• Quality Assurance: Rigorously monitor all live content to ensure it meets strict brand standards, compliance requirements, and creative benchmarks.
• Trend Analysis: Stay at the forefront of the evolving social media landscape, identifying emerging creator trends and platform updates to keep our clients competitive.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in the active management of campaign budgets, tracking expenditures to maximize ROI and ensure project profitability.
• On-Site Activation: Represent Newhouse and our clients by providing professional on-site coverage for in-person creator events and experiential activations.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience within a brand or agency setting, specifically focused on influencer relations or social media marketing.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data; advanced proficiency in Google Slides and other presentation software is essential.
• Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex campaign goals to diverse stakeholders.
• Industry Passion: A deep understanding of the creator economy and a genuine interest in the intersection of entertainment and digital marketing.
• Flexibility: Ability to work independently in a remote capacity while maintaining the discipline to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple workstreams.
