We are seeking a Senior Manager, HRBP Consulting and Solutions (C&S) Behavior Management to lead a high-performing team of HR Business Partners. This role is pivotal in advising people leaders on employee conduct, workplace behavior, and sensitive disciplinary matters, ensuring consistent and fair resolutions that align with our culture of trust and inclusion.

As a leader in our HRBP division, you will serve as a strategic partner to Legal, Employee Relations, and Compliance teams to drive risk mitigation and operational excellence. This role is designed for a self-directed leader who balances sound judgment with business pragmatism. Whether working remotely or in a hybrid capacity from our hubs in San Francisco, Mountain View, Chicago, or New York, you will help scale a high-quality HR partnership model across diverse global functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Development: Hire, coach, and mentor a specialized team of HR Business Partners, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Strategic Behavioral Consultation: Act as the primary escalation point for high-risk conduct cases, providing expert guidance on policy adherence, interpersonal conflict, and team effectiveness.
  • Manager Capability Building: Develop frameworks and training initiatives that empower people leaders to navigate complex employee issues with confidence and consistency.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Partner with Legal and Employee Relations to ensure all matters are resolved in accordance with global employment laws and regional requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish case management processes and leverage data analytics to identify organizational trends, improving service delivery and HR outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with HR Operations and Functional HRBPs to contribute expertise to enterprise-wide talent and culture initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: At least 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with a heavy focus on manager consulting and performance/behavior management.
  • Global Expertise: Minimum of 3 years supporting global organizations within a centralized HRBP or shared services model.
  • People Management: 3+ years of direct experience leading and motivating diverse HR teams.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Deep knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple geographies.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to use logical reasoning and data-driven insights to troubleshoot complex organizational challenges.
  • Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (SHRM-CP/SCP) preferred.
