About the Role

Neighborhoods.com is looking for a Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing & Content to lead the evolution of their content organization into a modern, revenue-connected engine. This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of personalized email campaigns, blog and social content, and regional publishing with a mandate to drive impact from MQL engagement through to sale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading growth marketing and campaign content development using geo- and stage-based personalization to drive conversions.
• Modernizing tooling and removing workflow chokepoints to streamline production processes.
• Reimagining legacy processes and developing the existing team into a high-performance content unit.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with the Director of Sales and Director of Customer Engagement to align creative strategy with HubSpot execution.
