Key Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and report any deviations or defects within the production line or service delivery framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurring quality issues.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of inspection findings, providing data-driven insights to management for process improvement.
• Monitor the efficiency of remote operational systems and suggest enhancements to optimize output quality.
• Ensure all final deliverables align with established benchmarks and client specifications before movement to the next phase of the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quality control, line inspection, or a similar analytical role within a professional environment.
