Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Developer within the Lemon.io ecosystem, you will take full ownership of the development lifecycle for your assigned projects. This involves architecting scalable applications from scratch, implementing robust backend logic, and crafting responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces. You will be expected to communicate directly with founders and technical leads at various startups, most of whom possess deep technical backgrounds, ensuring that business requirements are translated into efficient technical solutions. Beyond coding, your role includes justifying technical decisions, identifying potential bottlenecks, and maintaining a high standard of reliability. You must be able to work autonomously in a remote setting, managing your schedule effectively while providing consistent updates and delivering results in fast-paced startup environments.
QualificationsWe are currently looking for specialists across several high-demand technology stacks. Regardless of your specific focus, all candidates must demonstrate at least 4 to 5 years of professional software development experience and an advanced level of English proficiency for seamless client communication. Our current priority tracks include:
- React & Python: Combined experience with React.js and Python (varying ratios such as 3+ years in one and 3+ in the other) along with mandatory cloud expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Python Specialists: 5+ years of Python experience with at least 3 years focused on Flask.
- Golang & React: A balanced background in Go and React.js, typically requiring 3+ years in each or a significant mastery of one alongside professional use of the other.
- Golang Specialists: 5+ years of dedicated commercial experience with Golang.
- Node, React & Next.js: Minimum 5 years of development experience with specific expertise in Node.js, React.js, and at least 2 years of Next.js. Proficiency in TypeScript, Supabase, and AWS is essential for this track.
In addition to these core stacks, we welcome applications from Seniors with 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails, PHP (Laravel/Symfony), .NET, Java, Mobile (iOS/Android), and emerging fields like AI/LLM Engineering and Blockchain. You should be highly adaptable, ready to onboard quickly, and capable of working without supervision.
