In this remote-first position, you will act as a critical partner to the Director of Learning & Organizational Development and various HR business partners. Your mission is to facilitate a seamless learner experience through expert administration of our digital platforms and the creative application of emerging technologies. You will support a diverse portfolio of renowned brands, including Garden of Life, Natures Bounty, and Vital Proteins, by ensuring our workforce remains agile, compliant, and continuously improving. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for adult learning methodologies.
Key Responsibilities- LMS Administration & Governance: Serve as the primary administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS), managing course availability, user transcripts, and complex scheduling for the Holistic Health division. You will troubleshoot technical issues, maintain data integrity, and ensure the system is optimized for a global user base.
- AI & Digital Innovation: Lead the integration of AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Co-Pilot, and Mural to streamline content development and enhance learner engagement. You will stay ahead of digital trends to deliver modern, interactive training experiences.
- Program Execution & Coordination: Support the design and delivery of functional learning, leadership development, and special talent initiatives like mentorship and internship programs. You will coordinate with the Center of Competence to roll out essential compliance training.
- Workforce Insights & Analytics: Utilize data management platforms like SharePoint and Microsoft Forms to collect feedback and track learning metrics. You will analyze training data and ROI to provide actionable insights for program optimization and audit readiness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to align L&D initiatives with annual operating plans and business priorities, ensuring all training solutions meet the unique needs of different business units.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in corporate L&D, specifically focused on administering enterprise-level Learning Management Systems. Previous experience with Cornerstone is highly preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools (ChatGPT, Co-Pilot), eLearning technologies (SCORM, virtual learning platforms), and the Microsoft Office 365 suite (SharePoint, Forms, Excel).
- Instructional Design Knowledge: A strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies, with the ability to produce content for mobile and collaborative environments.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to generate and interpret learning analytics and dashboard data to support business decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communication & Agility: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Location: Ability to work remotely with anticipated travel to corporate offices in Bridgewater, NJ, and Long Island, NY.
