As a Lead Instructor at Correlation One, you will be the face of our virtual classroom, delivering high-quality, live instruction to a diverse global audience. This role is designed for an expert communicator who thrives in dynamic, high-energy environments and possesses the unique ability to make complex technical content accessible to thousands of learners simultaneously. You will serve as a subject matter expert and a mentor, driving exceptional learning outcomes while partnering with our internal operations team to ensure the seamless execution of our mission-driven programs. This is a proactive hiring effort for a program anticipated to launch in mid-July 2026, offering a unique opportunity to shape the curriculum and delivery of a flagship aerospace initiative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly lead and facilitate large-scale synchronous virtual classroom sessions for cohorts ranging from 200 to over 8,000 learners, maintaining high levels of engagement and instructional clarity.
  • Deliver comprehensive instruction on foundational and technical skills essential for aerospace technicians, including applied mathematics, verbal reasoning, and complex technical problem-solving.
  • Manage real-time classroom dynamics, including overseeing live Q&A sessions, monitoring chat flow, and adjusting delivery style based on the energy and needs of the learners.
  • Collaborate closely with Correlation One operations and program management personnel to ensure all delivery schedules are met and instructional goals are aligned with partner requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program by assisting in lesson design, curriculum development, and the integration of feedback into future instructional modules.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate various program formats, which may include weekday sessions or weekend intensives depending on the specific needs of the learner cohort.
  • Utilize virtual teaching tools and platforms to create an immersive learning experience that fosters community and professional growth among diverse groups of fellows.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in aerospace technology, aviation maintenance, or a related engineering field, with the ability to translate technical concepts into digestible educational content.
  • Proven experience in teaching, public speaking, or corporate training, particularly in a virtual or hybrid environment involving large audiences.
  • Mastery of foundational STEM topics, including the ability to teach math and logic-based problem-solving with high precision and enthusiasm.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a commanding virtual presence that can inspire and motivate a large, diverse group of adult learners.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure live environments, including the multitasking required to handle technical delivery alongside interactive chat and Q&A management.
