Lead Commercial Counsel

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, business-minded attorney to own all commercial contracting at SpecterOps. You will be the primary legal partner for our Sales, Customer Success, Security, and Procurement teams, guiding and mentoring members of the contracts and legal staff.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading commercial deal negotiations and managing the contracting lifecycle.
• Collaborating directly with business units to provide strategic legal guidance.
• Improving existing playbooks and advancing people, process, and technology capabilities within the legal department.
• Mentoring and developing members of the contracts/legal team.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available for this role.
