Working at Kinsta means joining a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement. You will have the opportunity to own your domain, experiment with innovative go-to-market strategies, and contribute to a team that is constantly inspiring one another to find better ways to make a global impact. If you thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments and love the challenge of translating technical excellence into market-leading positioning, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career.

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will take full ownership of the product's market presence. This includes defining and maintaining highly detailed Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas across various segments and technical use cases to ensure our outreach is surgical and effective. You will develop and refine product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation by synthesizing customer insights, market trends, and technical product capabilities into a cohesive brand voice.

  • Lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for all new feature releases and major product launches.
  • Develop and maintain a library of compelling product narratives and marketing collateral that clearly communicate our value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to create high-impact enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, and one-pagers that shorten sales cycles.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation and Content teams to fuel global campaigns with product-specific messaging that drives high-quality pipeline growth.
  • Conduct rigorous customer research, win/loss analysis, and deep-dive competitor audits to inform our long-term strategic roadmap and messaging.
  • Empower internal teams through comprehensive training sessions, messaging briefs, and regular updates on evolving market insights and product updates.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in the B2B SaaS space. We are looking for a professional who can navigate the complexities of developer-focused technology while maintaining a sharp focus on business outcomes and customer needs.

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is strongly preferred.
  • 46+ years of dedicated experience in product marketing, specifically within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex, technical architecture into compelling, customer-facing narratives.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully launching products or major features that resulted in measurable business growth and market adoption.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Executive leadership.
  • High proficiency with modern CRM and marketing technology stacks, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics.

  • Professional certification, such as Pragmatic Marketing, is a significant plus.
