About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join our Kerendia Task Force (KTF) as part of our strategic DC Remodelling initiative at the Valsad headquarters. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a critical product launch and expansion, contributing to our vision of Health for All and Hunger for None. As a member of the KTF, you will play a pivotal role in redefining patient care within the cardiovascular and renal therapeutic areas, leveraging your expertise to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic market development initiatives for Kerendia as part of the specialized task force to ensure optimal product positioning.
  • Collaborate with the Cardiovascular and Renal (DC) remodeling team to streamline distribution and access channels across the region.
  • Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to communicate the clinical value and benefits of Kerendia in treating chronic kidney disease associated with type 2 diabetes.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for the Valsad HQ leadership team.
  • Support the implementation of patient-centric programs designed to improve treatment adherence and health outcomes.
  • Ensure all promotional activities and interactions are conducted in strict accordance with Bayer’s high ethical standards and regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops to refine the task force’s operational strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the Pharmaceuticals division.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the cardiovascular or nephrology therapeutic areas.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical market landscape and regional healthcare dynamics in Gujarat.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret clinical data and market research into successful commercial strategies.
  • Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving organizational environment.
  • A proactive approach to learning and a commitment to personal and professional development.
