About the Role

Your primary focus will be transforming structured corporate advice into accessible, user-friendly digital environments. You will work closely with our senior consultants and design leads to ensure every pixel serves a strategic purpose.

• Create detailed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for specialized client portals and sophisticated corporate websites.
• Collaborate directly with firm principals to simplify and visualize complex financial data, organizational structures, and strategic roadmaps.
• Manage and update project-specific digital assets tailored to the needs of our prominent Manchester-based client base.
• Uphold and iterate upon our internal design systems to ensure consistency across diverse holding companies and industries.
• Advocate for logical rigor in every design choice, ensuring that visual hierarchy supports the client’s core business objectives.
• Participate in design reviews and contribute creative solutions that align with established brand guidelines and professional standards.

We are seeking a candidate who values the 'why' behind the 'what.' While this is a junior position, we expect a high level of professional curiosity and a commitment to organized, remote-first workflows.

• Basic proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A solid foundational understanding of core design principles, including typography, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
• The ability to articulate the logic behind your design decisions in clear, plain English to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the self-discipline required to excel in a fully remote, asynchronous work environment.
