In this remote, full-time position, you will play a critical role in supporting the entire employee lifecycle, from initial talent acquisition to offboarding. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Human Resources Executive, you will be involved in a wide array of human resources functions. Your primary goal will be to provide administrative support while actively participating in people-centric projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting in the seamless onboarding of new hires, including the preparation of offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all digital documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintaining and updating our internal HR databases and employee records to ensure data integrity and compliance with local labor laws.
- Acting as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and general HR procedures, ensuring a positive and timely response.
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as virtual team-building events, surveys, and wellness programs, to boost morale and retention in a remote setting.
- Assisting the payroll department by providing necessary data regarding leaves, attendance, and employee status changes.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new HR policies and procedures that align with the companys evolving needs and industry best practices.
- Conducting research on current HR trends and labor regulations to help the team stay competitive and compliant.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about human resources and possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
- A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in an HR-related role; previous internships in HR are highly valued.
- A fundamental understanding of core HR principles, including recruitment, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Prior experience or an aptitude for learning HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong organizational skills and an impeccable eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A high degree of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with extreme discretion.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment.
