Your daily tasks will include supporting the development of landing pages, interactive websites, and digital marketing assets that drive engagement and conversion. You will take ownership of website optimization, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and lightning-fast loading speeds across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while strictly adhering to web accessibility and usability standards. This involves assisting with front-end improvements related to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), ensuring that our digital products are not only beautiful but also highly performant. Beyond initial development, you will manage website maintenance within Content Management Systems, specifically WordPress. This includes implementing content updates, refining layouts, and building page templates based on evolving client requirements.
Quality assurance is a critical component of this role. You will participate in rigorous testing processes, identifying and resolving front-end bugs or UI inconsistencies to ensure a reliable user experience. As part of your professional growth, you will engage in code reviews and stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously elevate our technical standards. QualificationsWe are seeking candidates with zero to two years of professional front-end development experience. We highly value practical experience gained through internships, freelance work, or significant personal projects that demonstrate your ability to build real-world web applications. A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field is preferred, though we also welcome applicants with equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio of work.
- Proficiency in core web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first development principles to ensure optimal viewing experiences.
- Familiarity with modern front-end libraries or frameworks such as React or Vue is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience working with WordPress or similar CMS platforms for site management and template customization.
- Technical knowledge of SEO-friendly front-end practices and web performance optimization techniques.
- Competency with version control systems, specifically Git, and design collaboration tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
