Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Junior Front End Developer, you will be an integral part of our production cycle, ensuring that our healthcare clients receive top-tier digital products that are both functional and visually compelling. Your primary duties will include:
- Building and maintaining responsive, user-centric websites and digital interfaces tailored for medical professionals and patients across the globe.
- Translating Figma and Adobe XD design mockups into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end code using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript standards.
- Collaborating closely with our multidisciplinary team of designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure seamless technical integration and a premium user experience.
- Assisting with the implementation of front-end optimizations focused on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and overall site performance metrics.
- Ensuring comprehensive cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Managing and updating websites built on CMS platforms like WordPress, including the creation of custom page templates and the implementation of specific content layouts.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving UI inconsistencies and front-end bugs through rigorous quality assurance testing across multiple platforms.
- Staying updated on emerging front-end technologies, accessibility standards such as WCAG, and industry trends to keep our agency solutions innovative and compliant.
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is passionate about clean code and user-focused design. To succeed in this role, you should possess a combination of technical aptitude and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Between 0 to 2 years of professional experience in front-end development; we highly value quality internships, freelance portfolios, and personal projects that demonstrate your skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field; equivalent practical experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+), with a deep understanding of DOM manipulation.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development workflows to ensure accessibility for all users.
- Familiarity with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap is highly desirable for rapid and consistent styling.
- Basic knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries or frameworks, specifically React or Vue, is a significant advantage for our future-facing projects.
- Practical experience with WordPress or similar content management systems, including an understanding of theme structures.
- Experience with version control systems, primarily Git, and design collaboration tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for visual detail, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is considered a strong asset for our regional operations in the MENA area.
