  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer across departments.

  • Collaborate closely with the IT and product teams to ensure project deliverables align with the overarching business goals.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related analytical field.
  • Between 0 and 1 year of experience in a professional business environment; internships or university projects are highly valued.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with an ability to manage large datasets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas to diverse teams.
  • A natural curiosity for data and a highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and accountability.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software is advantageous.
