About the Role

Buffalo Wild Wings - Fralich, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our dynamic team in a remote-coordinated facility management capacity. As a Janitor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and visual appeal. This position requires a proactive professional who understands that the guest experience begins with a spotless environment and who takes pride in maintaining excellence behind the scenes.

• Execute comprehensive cleaning protocols for all guest-facing areas, including dining rooms, bar areas, and restrooms, to ensure a sanitary and welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness by managing waste disposal, floor maintenance, and surface sanitation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and chemicals, utilizing basic computer skills to log usage and request replenishments.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly to ensure a secure environment for both staff and guests.
• Utilize mathematical and financial management skills to assist in tracking maintenance budgets and optimizing resource allocation for facility care.
• Coordinate with the supervisory team to implement seasonal deep-cleaning schedules and specialized maintenance projects as needed.
• Ensure all cleaning activities are documented accurately, demonstrating professional writing skills in shift reports and compliance logs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School diploma or an equivalent educational background.
• Full fluency in English is required to ensure effective communication with the team and understanding of safety documentation.
• Prior experience in a restaurant, retail, or supervisory environment is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of high-traffic service standards.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for digital reporting, scheduling, and inventory management tasks.
• Strong foundational math skills and an understanding of financial management principles related to operational costs.
• Excellent writing skills for maintaining clear and concise logs, reports, and internal correspondence.
• A self-motivated work ethic with the ability to operate independently while adhering to strict brand standards and timelines.
