About the Role
Monde Nissin Corporation is looking for a dynamic and visionary IT Infrastructure Systems Lead to spearhead our technical operations and drive excellence across our digital landscape. As a key leadership figure within our IT division, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and strategic oversight to our infrastructure personnel, ensuring that our L2 operations, data centers, and network systems function with peak efficiency and security. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in high-stakes environments, possesses a deep technical foundation in virtualization and server management, and demonstrates a relentless commitment to service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the IT Infrastructure Systems Lead, you will be the primary technical authority for our core infrastructure ecosystem. Your duties will include:
- Providing direct leadership and mentorship to a team of IT professionals, overseeing both direct reports and specialized task forces to ensure operational goals are met.
- Managing and optimizing the company’s server environment, including Windows and Linux systems, VMWare virtualization, and SAP infrastructure.
- Governing ITIL methodologies with a specific focus on Incident Management to minimize downtime and enhance service reliability.
- Overseeing comprehensive network operations, including firewall management, ISP coordination, and telephony systems.
- Leading cybersecurity initiatives, IT audits, and control implementations to safeguard corporate data and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with third-party service providers and vendors to ensure seamless integration and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitoring system performance using advanced tools to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks in the infrastructure.
- Acting as a bridge between technical operations and business objectives, ensuring a customer-oriented approach to all infrastructure projects.
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and leadership acumen. The following qualifications are required:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably within a medium-to-large scale organization.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity, supervising a team of five or more technical professionals.
- Significant hands-on experience (3-5 years) with server hardware, IIS Administration, VMWare, and Linux/Windows environments.
- At least 3 years of specialized experience in Cybersecurity, IT audit, or infrastructure controls.
- Proven knowledge of ITIL Foundation principles and methodologies.
- Technical proficiency in SAP environments, network architecture, and telephony systems.
- Strong communication skills and a delivery-biased mindset focused on internal customer success.
