Cranial Technologies, a leader in treating plagiocephaly and infant ear deformities, is looking for a full-time Insurance Verification Specialist to join our customer-focused team. This position plays an integral role in the patient experience by expediting the insurance process while maintaining professional communication.

Key responsibilities include:

• Compiling benefits, eligibility, and prior authorization requirements for multiple insurance companies nationwide.
• Researching and pinpointing critical insurance answers for the Insurance Liaison team.
• Implementing insurance processes for the DOC Band and Earwell treatments.
• Completing a high volume of tasks each day in a dynamic work-from-home environment.
