About the Role
Instructure is seeking a Principal Product Specialist for its Center of Excellence to support account and customer-facing teams. You will act as a key resource for sales, product, and customer success, ensuring a seamless experience for clients through in-depth product category knowledge.
What you will do:- Go-to-Market Support: Serve as the point of contact for sales and customer success teams regarding your assigned product category.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert guidance on Instructure solutions.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with sales to provide product knowledge, materials, and strategic insights to drive revenue targets.
- Solution Development: Partner with product and marketing teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to sales strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align with internal teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Proven experience in sales, product marketing, account management, or customer success roles.
- Deep understanding of product types with content knowledge in assessment design, testing, and measurement in K-12 or higher education.
- Ability to translate product information into compelling value propositions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Instructure products and experience in global markets.
