About the Role

The Inside Sales/Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads in a high-volume pre-sales environment. This role requires consistent follow-up with new leads and setting appointments for Real Estate Consultants.

  • Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers
  • Aggressive follow up on 'after-hours' or missed calls using text, email, and phone
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
  • Audit leads to ensure appropriate follow-up and assign leads to consultants
  • Follow up on aged leads and provide general sales support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
  • Experience in lead qualification and follow-up
  • Background in real estate or working with homeowners (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
