About the Role
The Inside Sales/Lead Manager is responsible for converting incoming prospects into leads in a high-volume pre-sales environment. This role requires consistent follow-up with new leads and setting appointments for Real Estate Consultants.
- Answer inbound inquiries and prospect calls from web chat and call centers
- Aggressive follow up on 'after-hours' or missed calls using text, email, and phone
- Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the sales process
- Audit leads to ensure appropriate follow-up and assign leads to consultants
- Follow up on aged leads and provide general sales support
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment
- Experience in lead qualification and follow-up
- Background in real estate or working with homeowners (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
