Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Metro and Midwest division. This remote position plays an integral role in our call center operations, focusing on lead generation and appointment setting for our custom window and door replacement services.
Primary Responsibilities- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, dialing up to 30 homeowners per hour.
- Accurately document and track all set appointments to ensure quality standards for customer demonstrations.
- Multitask through various systems while maintaining efficiency and customer service quality.
- Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
- Must live in Indiana to be considered for this position.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Sales mindset and metrics-driven performance.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- $20/hr base pay with uncapped commission (reps typically earn $22-$25/hr).
