Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate innovation strategy aligned with Doshi Group’s long-term business objectives and growth targets.
- Cultivate a high-trust organizational culture that encourages employees at all levels to propose, test, and refine new ideas.
- Oversee the end-to-end innovation pipeline, from initial ideation and feasibility analysis to prototyping and full-scale implementation.
- Allocate and manage resources effectively, ensuring that experimental projects have the necessary budget, technology, and talent to succeed.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of innovation initiatives on operational efficiency and market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to integrate successful experiments into standard business operations.
- Act as a mentor and coach to internal teams, providing guidance on design thinking, agile methodologies, and lean startup principles.
- Monitor the global landscape for emerging technologies and disruptive business models that could impact the company’s strategic position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Innovation Manager, Strategy Consultant, or in a similar leadership role focused on business transformation.
- Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-layered initiatives in a remote environment.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to see the "big picture" while maintaining attention to execution details.
- Advanced leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing executive stakeholders and inspiring diverse teams.
- Experience with innovation frameworks such as Design Thinking, Agile, or Stage-Gate processes.
- A resilient and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and learn quickly from unsuccessful experiments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
