About the Role

Pashet is currently seeking a dynamic and trend-setting Influencer to serve as a primary brand ambassador for Vilasitawear, our forward-thinking fashion line. This role is designed for a creative storyteller who possesses a deep passion for contemporary aesthetics and the ability to connect with diverse audiences through compelling digital content. As the face of Vilasitawear, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our high-quality collections and a global community of fashion enthusiasts. We are looking for an individual who understands the nuances of social media trends and can translate our brand vision into authentic, high-impact visual narratives.

• Develop and execute a consistent content calendar featuring Vilasitawear collections across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce high-quality photography and short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) that showcases product versatility, styling tips, and brand values.
• Engage actively with the community by responding to comments, hosting live sessions, and participating in fashion-related digital trends.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to align content strategies with upcoming seasonal launches, sales events, and brand campaigns.
• Analyze performance metrics for shared content to identify high-engagement trends and optimize future storytelling efforts.
• Maintain a professional and authentic brand voice that resonates with Vilasitawear’s target demographic while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Stay ahead of fashion industry shifts and social media algorithm updates to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of digital conversations.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Influencer, or Brand Ambassador within the fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
• A strong visual portfolio demonstrating proficiency in mobile photography, video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.), and aesthetic curation.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platform algorithms and best practices for audience growth and engagement.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak confidently on camera and write engaging captions.
• A keen eye for fashion trends and the ability to style outfits that reflect a modern, forward-thinking aesthetic.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple content deadlines independently in a remote environment.
• Ability to interpret brand briefs and translate them into creative, organic content that does not feel overly commercial.
