About the Role
Radiance is seeking a visionary Founding Product & Engineering Lead to architect and evolve The SOURCE®, our proprietary Creative OS that serves as the single source of truth for modern brand systems. This is a foundational leadership role designed for a builder who wants to shape the product philosophy, technical architecture, and long-term vision of a platform that blends high-end design with intelligent automation. As part of the Infinity Constellation family, the world’s first AI holding company, you will work directly with our founder to transition Radiance from a services-first agency into a platform-powered infrastructure company that scales brand creativity through technology.

Key Responsibilities- Platform Architecture: Design and own the end-to-end technical architecture of The SOURCE®, ensuring the system supports complex brand assets, messaging hierarchies, and evolving creative workflows.
- Product Development: Lead the transition of internal agency tools into a robust, scalable SaaS platform, making pragmatic "build vs. buy" decisions to ensure speed and durability.
- AI and Automation Integration: Design and implement practical AI solutions using LLMs and vector databases to automate brand voice consistency and creative asset generation.
- Systems Engineering: Build internal dashboards and workflow automation systems that eliminate operational drag and reduce scope creep through intelligent, asynchronous tooling.
- Technical Leadership: Establish the foundational engineering culture, documentation standards, and development patterns while laying the groundwork for future technical hires.
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a primary thought partner to the founder on product sequencing, feature prioritization, and technical feasibility to ensure engineering effort aligns with business growth.
- Proven Experience: 6 to 12+ years in senior engineering or technical product roles, with a track record of building platforms or internal systems from zero to v1.
- Full-Stack Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in modern web stacks including React, Next.js, and Node.js or Python (FastAPI), with experience handling real-world data and edge cases.
- Data Modeling Expertise: Advanced skills in designing relational and hybrid schemas using PostgreSQL and JSON to manage entities like assets, campaigns, and messaging versions.
- Automation Proficiency: Deep experience with API integrations and workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Temporal to drive operational leverage.
- AI Implementation: Practical experience with prompt engineering, embedding LLMs into production workflows, and working with vector databases like Pinecone or Supabase.
- Systems Thinking: A natural ability to translate non-technical business needs into sophisticated technical solutions with a bias toward simplicity and compounding value.
